Timing in salsa dancing is probably one of the most if not THE most important thing. I realized that I haven’t done a lesson on how to find that “one” when we dance salsa on 1, so even though I should have done this lesson in the beginning I thought better now than never. Watch this video carefully and practice finding the “one” in the music because remember: you may know all the moves in the world but without good timing (especially for you leads), your partner won’t enjoy dancing with you!

Master Class: Complexions Contemporary Ballet
Sabra Perry, dancer with Complexions Contemporary Ballet company, teaches a master ballet class at Merrimack Hall Performing Arts Center in Huntsville, Alabama on January 19, 2009.
Complexions, founded by dance greats Dwight Roden and Desmond Richardson, performed the same evening at Merrimack. The routine Sabra teaches her class is a piece of their final suite of the evening, entitled “RISE” and set to the music of U2.

i need to find a good place for begginer/intermediate to take lessons with good salsa music.Any suggestions ?
Sister Mary Elephant’s Salsa Palace up off of 3rd avenue down town. They are fairley inexpensive and get you started real quick, was showing off in the clubs just after 3 weeks

Really desperate i need to learn choreography to womanizer?
this can be any dance choreography i just need a video that breaks down the moves step by step, if know any videos can you please tell me thanks.
the obvious answer would be looking at youtube and watching her music video, although shes got some cute moves… thtas not what i am looking for, just need a dance that is choreographed with the steps.
Ya know what i would recommend? Going to youtube and lookingup her womanizer vid and i seen her dancing to the song
